Complaints and Mediation

Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our service, you may submit a written complaint to SAS Aleha.

By post:
SAS Aleha — Complaints Department
Center Azur
Route des Vernèdes
83480 Puget-sur-Argens
France

You may also use the website contact form and select ‘Complaint’ as the subject.

Acknowledgement

We will acknowledge receipt of a written complaint within a maximum of ten working days unless a full response is provided within that period.

Final Response

A final response will be provided as soon as possible and, in any event, within two months of the first written expression of dissatisfaction, except where a shorter statutory or regulatory period applies.

Do not include detailed medical records, diagnostic reports or sensitive health information when submitting a complaint through the website.

Insurance Mediation

As SAS Aleha is a member of ENDYA for its insurance-brokerage activity, you have access to independent consumer mediation:

If your complaint remains unresolved, you may refer the matter free of charge to La Médiation de l’Assurance after first submitting a written complaint to SAS Aleha and in accordance with the mediator’s eligibility rules.

The consumer may refer the matter to the mediator at the end of the complaints-handling process and, in any event, two months after the first written complaint, whether or not a response has been received.

La Médiation de l’Assurance
TSA 50110
75441 Paris Cedex 09
France

The mediation procedure is free of charge for the consumer.

Note: ENDYA is the approved professional association of which SAS Aleha is a member. La Médiation de l’Assurance is the competent mediation body for insurance brokerage activities.

Supervisory Authority

Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution — ACPR, 4 place de Budapest, CS 92459, 75436 Paris Cedex 09, France. The ACPR supervises the French insurance sector and does not act as a mediator in individual disputes.
